About the Practice

NS Criminal Lawyers & Associates is a boutique criminal and traffic defence practice in Sydney, with an office at Barangaroo and our Parramatta base. The practice is led by Muhammad Siddique, Senior Associate Criminal Lawyer.

Charges, arrests and police interviews do not keep business hours, so phone advice is available 24/7. Our offices are open Monday to Saturday, 8:00am to 6:00pm.

Because this is a small practice, the lawyer you speak to is the lawyer who handles your matter. We take instructions in criminal and traffic matters across New South Wales and appear in the Local, District and Supreme Courts.

Muhammad Siddique, Senior Associate Criminal Lawyer

Muhammad Siddique is admitted to practise in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia. He holds degrees in Commerce and Law together with a Master of Laws (LLM).

He acts in drug matters including possession and supply, fraud and other dishonesty offences, assault and violence charges, AVO applications, bail applications, and traffic matters including drink driving and licence appeals.

He speaks English, Urdu and Punjabi. His qualifications and practice areas are set out in full on his professional profile.

Areas We Practise In

We take instructions across criminal law and traffic law in New South Wales. That includes drug possession and supply, drink driving and other traffic offences, assault and violence charges, AVO applications, fraud and dishonesty offences, and bail applications.

Where a matter falls outside what we practise in, we will tell you so and, where we can, point you to someone who does.

Qualifications & Admissions

Muhammad Siddique holds a Bachelor of Commerce, a Bachelor of Laws, a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice and a Master of Laws (LLM). He is admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales and to the High Court of Australia.

Working With Us

Matters start with an initial consultation, where we go through the facts, the charge and the evidence, and set out the options open to you. In-person consultations are a paid service, and we will tell you the fee before you book.

From there you deal with the lawyer running your matter directly. We explain what is happening at each stage in plain language, and we will give you an honest assessment of your position rather than the one you would prefer to hear.
